One standard.
The company was established in India in 2020, bringing development and contracting together under one independent platform. The head office is in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, and the firm is run by its founder with two directors. As a developer we acquire, build and sell on our own account, or in joint venture with a landowner. As a contractor we build for established developers and institutions, on barter or on conventional contract terms.
However a project is structured, the same team carries it from the first estimate through to handover. The people who price the job are the people who run the site. The work sits across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Pune, Nagpur and Gujarat, with five earlier landmarks in Kampala, Uganda.
Developer model
Principal, end to end. Our own capital, on land we buy or in joint venture with the landowner, through approvals, construction, sales and handover.

Inventory for cost. We take an agreed share of built inventory in place of part of the construction cost, so the project moves without additional finance.
