A career built across
two continents.
Deepak Suthar holds a degree in Civil Engineering from one of India's leading institutes and an MBA from an East African university. His career spans thirty-one years, beginning in 1995 in Kampala, Uganda, where he rose from Project Manager to Chief Executive across multinational construction firms.
Across fourteen years in East Africa, he delivered work for Standard Chartered Bank, Barclays Bank, the British High Commission, the Embassy of the United States, Metro Cash and Carry, the Serena Hotel, Nile Breweries and the Kampala Water Treatment Plant, among many others.
He returned to India in 2009, starting with a 200-villa township in Gujarat, then staff quarters for Deepak Cement and Sparta Cement, and infrastructure works for Adani Port. From 2011, he sat on the boards of several Mumbai real estate firms, overseeing land acquisition, design and construction.
He established Aryan Constructions in India in 2020 to bring all of that experience under one roof. He stays close to every project the firm takes on and still spends most of his working week on site.
