Aryan Constructions is an independent development and construction company, established in India in 2020 to bring development and contracting together under one platform. The head office is in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, and the firm is run by its founder with two directors.

As a developer we acquire, build and sell on our own account, or in joint venture with a landowner. As a contractor we build for established developers and institutions, on barter or on conventional contract terms. However a project is structured, the same team carries it from the first estimate through to handover. The people who price the job are the people who run the site.

The work sits across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Pune, Nagpur and Gujarat, with five earlier landmarks in Kampala, Uganda. Fourteen years there, delivering for Standard Chartered, Barclays, the British High Commission, the Uganda Revenue Authority and the Serena Group, set the standard the firm still works to.

Every active project runs on a proprietary ERP with cost modelling and forecasting, built in-house. Cost, programme and procurement report from a single system, and the client sees the same live data the site team works with.

Construction is ultimately delivered by people who understand the site. Our teams combine practical experience with integrated project data to monitor cost, programme, procurement and risk, giving us the information to identify problems early and act before they become expensive.

How every project operates.

Payment within terms. Always.

Every supplier, subcontractor, and labour partner is paid within the agreed cycle. Delayed payments cascade into delayed projects. We eliminate that variable at the source.

One tracker. No filters.

The client has direct access to the same live project dashboard used by our site teams. Schedule, cost, RFIs, and snag lists are visible without request and without curation.

One team. Start to finish.

The engineer assigned at pricing stage remains on the project through handover. There is no rotation, no mid-project reassignment, and no loss of institutional knowledge.

We decline work we cannot deliver.

If the scope, timeline, or commercial terms do not support a quality outcome, we say so before any agreement is signed. A project declined is better than a project compromised.

How we run a site

Technology built for construction.

Most contractors in this sector operate on spreadsheets, phone calls, and periodic progress reports assembled after the fact. Aryan Constructions made a deliberate decision to build its own technology infrastructure from the ground up, purpose built for the way construction projects move on the ground.

The result is a proprietary ERP with cost modelling and forecasting, built in-house, specifically for how construction projects actually run. Procurement, billing, vendor coordination and site reporting run in one system, and the client works from the same live data as the site team.

Cost and programme variance becomes visible while there is still time to act on it, rather than at a month-end review when the money is already spent.
