Aryan Constructions was established in 2020 in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, with active operations spanning Mumbai, Pune, Thane, and the wider MMR region, alongside select projects in Maharashtra and Gujarat.
The firm operates across two verticals. As a contractor, we deliver for established developers through barter and conventional contract structures, with the engagement model determined on a project by project basis. As a developer, we act as the principal, managing the full cycle from land acquisition and regulatory approvals through construction, sales, and handover.
The leadership brings with it fifteen years of institutional construction in Kampala, Uganda, delivering commissions for the Serena Hotel group, Standard Chartered Bank, Barclays, the Uganda Revenue Authority, and the British High Commission. That body of work, its rigour, its protocols, and its standards, is the operating DNA of every project we undertake in India.
All active sites are monitored through a proprietary data led system built in house. Cost forecasting, programme tracking, and risk modelling operate through code, giving both the internal team and the client access to the same unfiltered data in real time. There are no intermediary reports. There is no lag.
